Customer Service/Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a sharp Customer Service Admin to provide leadership support and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be required to oversee administrative and clerical activities; greet and direct office visitors; collect, organize, and retrieve information and documents.

To be a successful administrator, you should be committed to facilitating smooth, efficient office operations by planning carefully, anticipating needs, and providing responsive, reliable assistance. You should be adaptable, proactive, supportive, and detail-oriented.

Job Duties include:

Ensure all customers are greeted and assisted

Clean Workspace, as this is the 1st point of contact customers have within the facility

Effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk in business and written correspondence

Provide clerical and administrative support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $20.05 per hour
