We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Admin to join the Jethwa Real Estate Group in Wilmington, NC. As a Real Estate Admin, you will be responsible for organizing and executing the daily operations of the Real Estate office. Your primary duties will include organizing client files, assisting agents with paperwork, conducting market research and analysis, and handling customer service inquiries. You will bring an excellent work ethic, customer service skills, and attention to detail to ensure our clients receive the best service possible. Responsibilities
•Collaborate with leadership to develop creative marketing plans
•Manage & execute marketing plan and lead generation systems including social media, special projects and organizing client events
•Manage & execute lead capture and coordination systems
•Manage CRM database including reporting
•Manage & execute administrative & office systems including office maintenance, ordering supplies, record keeping, documentation and errands
•Transaction Manager
•Must work from the our Wilmington Mayfair office.

•A Real Estate license and experience are not required but are a plus
•Experience with social media and design tools such as Canva, InDesign, Constant Contact
•Experience with digital marketing and generally comfortable learning and working with new technologies
•Possess professional car, kept clean and tidy
•Own a smartphone and be able to use it for work
•Ability to work from home, designated time in the office, and occasional weekends for client events
