Looking for a team player to work as an Administrative Assistant.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Read, comprehend and enter data from Real Estate contracts and title reports into system
Prepare required documentation
Record money logs of incoming and outgoing wires
Answer phones
Handle EFax
Outlook/Microsoft knowledge required
Attention to detail a MUST - typing required
High School degree required - post secondary education or related work experience in Real Estate a plus!
Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Westhampton Beach, NY 11978: Relocate before starting work (Required)
