Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join us as a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist. No prior experience, degree, or license is required - just a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in Real Estate investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential investment opportunities in target markets.
- Assist in evaluating properties for acquisition, considering factors such as location, market trends, and financial potential.
- Support the negotiation process with property owners, agents, and brokers.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate due diligence processes, including property inspections and financial analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of property information and transaction details.
- Stay informed about local market conditions and emerging trends in the Real Estate industry.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience, degree, or license required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for Real Estate investment and willingness to learn.
