Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections to close deals
- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
- Run comparable analysis on subject properties
- Make offers to Homeowners.
- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
- Follow up with leads on a consistent basis until they pick up or opt-out!
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive selling abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficient in using a computer/keyboard.
- Open to personal development
