Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on investment and partnership models, Real Estate market trends, and geographical factors. Prepare necessary documents such as letters of intent, contracts, and other administrative paperwork for sales.
- Manage leads, maintain regular CRM updates, and follow up diligently until deals are closed.
- Build rapport with clients, address objections, and facilitate a seamless contract process.
- Ensure smooth transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Utilize market trends, data research, site visits, and outreach to assess property value and condition.
What You Will Do:
- Cultivate new and existing relationships.
- Identify opportunities within the market.
- Work with warm leads to acquire properties on behalf of the company.
- Draft purchase agreements and negotiate sales on behalf of the company.
- Engage in warm and cold prospecting of provided leads.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Real Estate Acquisitions, land acquisition, or Real Estate sales.
- Enthusiasm and passion for Real Estate asset sales, coupled with a goal-oriented personality.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with superior phone etiquette. Must-

- Valid Texas Real Estate license (not a must but is a plus).
Earning Potential:
Current producers in this role are earning b $125,000+ annually with year over year growth.
We will provide pay during the first 3 months of training of $3,000.00 per month. However we expect after 3 months candidates will be producing and will want to switch to full commission to earn top dollars.
