• Lead the acquisition process, identify and evaluate potential properties, negotiate deals, and get contracts signed
• Prioritize and manage leads, and ensure opportunities are pursued in a timely and effective manner
• Perform detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisition opportunities, market research, property inspections, and risk assessments
• Schedule and attend meetings with potential sellers, brokers, and other stakeholders
• Network with industry professionals and organizations to build relationships
• Staying current on the latest market trends and opportunities
• Collect testimonials from previous clients and associates to build credibility and generate new leads

• Demonstrated sales experience that meets and exceeds sales expectations
• Strong financial analysis and due diligence skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
