We are looking for motivated individuals who want to learn more about manufacturing and plastics technology.
No prior extrusion experience necessary! One on one training with the opportunity of advancement.
Knowledge and Skills preferred:
- Communication skills and teamwork
- Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read production schedule, work order and work procedures in English
Daily duties include:
- Perform extrusion line start-ups and tooling changeovers to meet scheduling demands. Make adjustments to the extrusion process as needed to maintain quality parts.
- Assist with Preventative Maintenance Programs. Repair broken components and make minor adjustments on equipment. Monitor equipment anomalies.
- Mix recipes as per specifications.
- Maintain inventory stocking levels.
- Work closely with management to provide a cohesive work environment.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Full or part time positions available.
