Safety Officer
Duties:
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff members within the facility
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and address them promptly
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures in accordance with industry standards
- Provide training to staff members on safety procedures and emergency response protocols
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and policies
- Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents, inspections, and training sessions
- Collaborate with management to develop and update emergency response plans
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality, theater, food service, or lifeguard role is preferred
- Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate safety procedures to staff members and guests
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the industry
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards
- Strong problem-solving skills to address safety concerns promptly
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
