Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

• Follow and support AS-9100 QMS.
• Contribute to product conformity, safety, and ethical behavior.
• Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any deficiencies.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Oversee the inspection of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Fabricate and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
• Lead project management initiatives related to quality improvement, including the development and execution of validation protocols.
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) program, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles.
• Responsible for RMA Process.
• Responsible for customer and supplier corrective action processes.
• Keep track of data trends for QMS KPI's.
• Lead continuous improvement activities.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of quality management systems.
- Proficient in analyzing data and identifying trends for process improvement.
- Project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in implementing quality control procedures and standards.
- Familiarity with ISO and AS-9100 guidelines.
- Ability to conduct quality inspections and interpret results accurately.
- Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to create and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
