We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Regional Quality Manager that will be responsible for ensuring that our precast manufacturing plants are producing quality products in an efficient manner. This includes managing all aspects of Quality Control, as well as implementing and maintaining corrective actions to avoid rework and Nonconformance products. The Quality Manager will work closely with the Head of Design and other leadership roles to ensure that our operations meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance
with all applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Managing the quality teams, including setting performance goals providing coaching and guidance and evaluating team members’ performance.
- Oversee the Quality Control process and performance at our precast manufacturing plants.
- Develop and maintain quality protocols and procedures to prevent rework and non-conformant products.
- Conduct quality audits to identify any missing documentation for NPCA or TxDOT audits.
- Monitor and report on quality performance, including tracking and analyzing metrics such as
Junk cost, average concrete strength, quality pass rate.
- Work with the Director of Engineering and other leadership to identify and implement
continuous improvement opportunities in the quality process.
- Stay up to date on industry developments and engineering regulations and ensure that our
operations remain compliant.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the organization as a whole and play a key role in
influencing the company's overall quality strategy and culture.
- Collaborate with Leadership to set quality goals and objectives and develop and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Act as a quality subject matter expert and resource for the organization, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any identified issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all structures, including records of inspections, audits, training, mill test reports and corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are consistently met.
- Revise and maintain quality manual up to date.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality management role, preferably in precast or concrete.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement quality policies and procedures.
- Strong understanding of quality specifications and standards, including ASTM, ACI and other relevant guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex
information to a diverse audience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and implement continuous improvement
opportunities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
- ACI and/or PQS Certifications plus
