Salary```Duties``` - Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to FDA regulations and quality systems. - Conduct regular quality inspections to identify any non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain effective quality control measures. - Perform internal audits to assess compliance with quality assurance standards and identify areas for improvement. - Analyze data and trends to monitor the effectiveness of quality management systems and make recommendations for enhancements. - Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance requirements and best practices. - Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in quality standards. ```Requirements``` - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - Proven experience in compliance, quality control, or quality assurance roles. - Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, quality systems, and industry best practices. - Familiarity with HACCP principles and QA/QC methodologies. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
