- 3rd shift: Sun – Th (10:30pm-7am)
Pay: The hourly pay rate range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour + benefits. Base pay will vary within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is specific to Dickson, TN and may not be applicable to other locations.

Overview
A Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting and testing products and overseeing operations for a company to ensure they meet production standards. Their duties include, but not limited to:
- Inspecting and testing materials and equipment.
- Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results.
- Performing inspections at random to assess product quality.
- Recommending adjustments or changes to production processes.
What you will do:
- Conduct quality audits to verify production processes meet established criteria for door assembly and inspections.
- Investigate quality concerns from internal scrap and customer claims.
- Recommends improvements to facilitate scrap reduction and customer claim resolution.
- Collect & Track data for improvements and reporting out to the Plant and Corporate Office as necessary.
- Conduct customer specific inspections of doors.
- Participate in Kaizen events and Team projects.
What you will need:
- High school or equivalent (Required).
- Quality assurance: 1 year (Required).
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Use a computer to read order specifications, update databases, and retrieve/update data as required.
- Able to accurately take measurements using a tap measure.
- Offer training/refresh for employees, when needed.
- Ability to read, follow, and understand work instructions from both written and verbal sources and basic writing skills.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Display strong leadership skills and teamwork mentality.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Commitment to your team members, self-motivation, and accountability to safety & quality.
