Quality Inspector 2Nd Shift

Auditor is responsible for verifying all of our products ? stampings, welding and assembly to the customer?s specifications. He/she is also responsible for all quality inspection per the customer requirements and must maintain audits to ensure compliance to all regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform 1st pieces buy off
• Measure parts on gauges
• Perform audits at all layers of operation
• Perform gage R&R
• Support the production and quality departments in problem solving
• Responsible for quality assurance holding cage ?Crib-, which has new parts, changed parts, and prototype parts
• Execute all job responsibilities, not specifically listed here, that may be determined necessary by the Quality Manager
• Demonstrates through personal action, a strong commitment to disciplined adherence to process and procedures
• Actively contributes to and participates in continuous improvement initiatives
