We are looking for a Quality Coordinator/Inspector who wants to work in a hands-on production environment at a clean, climate-controlled facility manufacturing parts for the aerospace industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspection of incoming, in-process and outgoing product:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for part inspection
- Use measurement and test equipment (e.g., calipers, thread gages, profilometers, CMM, etc.)
- Complete inspection records as required
- Assist with control of nonconforming products: Identification, segregation, communication, problem solving, and disposition as required
- Assist in continual improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Education + Experience in production quality or machinist trades preferred: (Trade School certificate, Vo-Tech School certificate, AA/AS Technology)
- High School Diploma or equivalent + 2 years of experience.
- Compliance with the QMS, AS9100D:2016, ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable requirements.
- CMM programming skills in PC-DMIS are a plus.
- Command of the English language and ability to communicate with others.
