What You'll Do:

• Contribute to the development of annual health plans and goals.
• Provide system support for Quality Improvement Initiatives.
• Participate in improvement meetings, develop presentations, and facilitate project activities.
• Design data collection strategies, assess progress, and recommend interventions.
• Assist in audits, outcome measures, and chart reviews.
• Develop and maintain the Employee Health Program.
• Contribute to written policies and protocols.

Requirements:

• Healthcare Knowledge: Experience in Quality Assurance.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in basic data entry computer skills.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Courteous and effective communication.
• Team Player: Cooperative nature for harmonious working relationships.
• Education: RN or LPN with an active license in Pennsylvania.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One (1) year of experience in a medical or physician office setting.
• Knowledge of The Joint Commission regulations.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish, Nepali, French.
