Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles at various stages of production, including visual examination and use of testing equipment
- Document and report any defects or issues found during inspections
- Communicate with production team to address and resolve any quality concerns
- Conduct final inspections on completed vehicles before they are sent to dealerships
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results
- Assist with developing and implementing Quality Control procedures and processes
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Quality Control techniques and technologies
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address quality improvement opportunities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the production floor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Quality Control preferred
- Knowledge of automotive industry and quality standards a plus
- Familiarity with testing equipment and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends or overtime if needed
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
