QUALITY CONTROL – TRAILERS

Responsibilities

• Gathers data to create settlements;

• Reviews contracts for errors/corrections

• Ensures all information is listed appropriately

• Document in detail any discrepancies found

• Creates and maintains relationships with lots

• Communicates with outside contacts, managers and, peers

• Makes decisions and problem solving in various situations

• Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work

• Locate and monitor accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems

• Understanding of Inventory and balancing data.

• Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.

• Store completed documents in appropriate locations.

• Review documents and enter data in specific.

• Communicating with Supervisors and Peers

• Analyzing Data and Information

• Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships

• Maintain logs of activities and completed work

• Enter information into databases or software programs.

• Operate office equipment.

• Maintains database by entering new and updated customer account information

• Willingness to work on call hours

Experience

• Prior office experience.

• Familiarity with Google sheets and Microsoft excel.

Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, results and goal-oriented professional.

• Computer literate with a good working knowledge of office products, equipment, and procedures.

• Must possess strong organizational, prioritizing, multitasking skills, and stress management skills.

• Must be able to understand and follow written instructions, communicate effectively (orally and written), and listen effectively.

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

• Ability to think outside the box.

• Strong attention to detail.
