We are seeking a qualified individual to manage our QC department. The successful candidate will become an integral part of our company's management team.

Responsibilities and Duties
· Manage a QC staff of seven people.
· Oversee regular audits of quality procedures and practices to assure company compliance, taking corrective actions as needed.
· Training in compliance requirements to QC inspectors and production employees.
· Root cause problem solving and corrective action assessment and implementation.
· Communications with Department of Transportation personnel as well as other regulatory agencies.
· Concrete testing and record keeping.
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline.
· Proficient understanding of construction drawings, plans and specifications.
· Detail oriented with excellent problem solving skills.
· Familiar with windows operating systems and Microsoft office.
· ACI grade one certification and or NPCA Quality certification to be attained.
Job Type: Full-time
