Job Summary
Job Description
- Responsible for executing Quality Control Reviews (QCR) of Regulatory Issue remediation artifacts, including but not limited to: reviewing, challenging, and verifying the completeness, organization, and uniformity of evidence supporting management's commitments.
- Independently complete deliverables in accordance with the Quality Control Program including accurate analysis of closure packages submitted to GRC Quality Control (QC), effectively documenting workpapers and final reports, and effectively communicating QCR results to stakeholders, escalating concerns to management where appropriate
- Promote effective QC awareness in the respective business lines through maintaining positive and collaborative relations with business executives and structured interactions with key stakeholders to discuss critical QCR outputs and provide and solicit feedback
- Support intake platform maintenance and data integrity as necessary
- Support a high-performance environment by fostering an inclusive work environment
- Contribute to ad-hoc assignments and special projects
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Master's Degree or MBA preferred
