Salary```Duties``` - Oversee and manage the Quality Control process to ensure products meet established standards and customer specifications. - Develop and implement Quality Control procedures and policies to improve overall product quality. - Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any deviations or non-conformities in product quality. - Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the Quality Control process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. - Train and educate employees on Quality Control procedures, standards, and best practices. - Maintain documentation of Quality Control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports. - Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations and other relevant industry standards. - Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to perform accurate measurements. ```Requirements``` - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - Proven experience in Quality Control or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of quality management systems and processes. - Familiarity with CGMP regulations and industry standards. - Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify deviations or non-conformities. - Strong problem-solving skills to address quality issues effectively. - Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Experience working with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, etc. Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
