Job description

The Company
As Quality Assurance Specialist, your primary responsibility is to plan, coordinate, and direct Quality Assurance programs designed to ensure safety, regulatory compliance and installation quality.
  • Direct / Oversee day to day quality activities
  • Direct / Supervise Quality-Training personnel
  • Work directly with Production Manager and communicate with customer's regarding jobs (daily)
  • DVIR: Truck inspection/Maintenance
  • Work with production manager on safety site inspections (ladders, scaffolding and proper use of equipment) daily.
  • Field check - quality
  • Material check in and out per truck daily
  • Ensure that in-process and final quality checks are completed
  • Provide monthly reports to the Production Manager
  • Understand and support regulatory & workmanship standards
  • Schedule and conduct monthly internal audits
  • File quality records
  • Must be trained and familiar with general safety
  • Manage direct reports and assist with the training program
  • Work with current installers on staying up to date on safety videos and certifications
  • Work with production manager on safety meetings
  • First aid kit inspections
  • Fire extinguisher
  • SDS books
  • Perform other functions and responsibilities as assigned

To Be Successful
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle
  • Ability to follow processes and safety policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Saturday
Wage: $25.00 - $30.00
Position requires a drug test and motor vehicle report to be completed, contingent upon employment.

  • Work in tight places including attics and crawlspaces
  • Lift a minimum of 50lbs
  • Climb ladders and scaffolding
  • Able to bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, knees
  • Stand for extended periods of time
