As Quality Assurance Specialist, your primary responsibility is to plan, coordinate, and direct Quality Assurance programs designed to ensure safety, regulatory compliance and installation quality.
- Direct / Oversee day to day quality activities
- Direct / Supervise Quality-Training personnel
- Work directly with Production Manager and communicate with customer's regarding jobs (daily)
- DVIR: Truck inspection/Maintenance
- Work with production manager on safety site inspections (ladders, scaffolding and proper use of equipment) daily.
- Field check - quality
- Material check in and out per truck daily
- Ensure that in-process and final quality checks are completed
- Provide monthly reports to the Production Manager
- Understand and support regulatory & workmanship standards
- Schedule and conduct monthly internal audits
- File quality records
- Must be trained and familiar with general safety
- Manage direct reports and assist with the training program
- Work with current installers on staying up to date on safety videos and certifications
- Work with production manager on safety meetings
- First aid kit inspections
- Fire extinguisher
- SDS books
- Perform other functions and responsibilities as assigned

To Be Successful
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle
- Ability to follow processes and safety policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Forklift experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Saturday
Wage: $25.00 - $30.00
Position requires a drug test and motor vehicle report to be completed, contingent upon employment.
