- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Minimum 5 years related experience with hospital safety requirements to include Environment of Care and Life Safety standards.
- Experience supporting Defense Health Agency (DHA), U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), or other MTF Initial Outfitting and Transition requirements.
- Demonstrated Quality Assurance Support experience from preliminary assessments through construction and initial operations of Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) or civilian healthcare construction.
- Must be a US Citizen. Ability to pass a NACI background investigation and acquire a Common Access Card (CAC).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related experience.
- Quality assurance certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
The salary range for the position is $143,562.00 - $149,599.00 annually.

- Evaluate schedules, work performance quality, safety oversight, and coordination effectiveness; perform documentation reviews, and QA duties as identified by the Madigan Army Medical Center Facilities Management staff for all operations and maintenance work in progress or in planning stages at Madigan Army Medical Center.
- Assist in the development of repair scopes of work, work with end user to allow for effective repair project activities and QA duties as identified by the MAMC, JBLM Facilities staff for all operations, repair, and maintenance work in progress or in planning stages at MAMC, JBLM.
- Understanding of contractual documents, engineering design and specifications for SOWs/PWSs to include Interprets blueprints and job specifications.
- Coordinate daily actions with the Facility Management staff, Project Manager, or transition staff personnel, as required and conducts constructability reviews of design plans and specifications.
- Attend all meetings to include pre-construction and progress meetings relevant to the execution of the operations and maintenance program.
- Provide an oral weekly report to government officials to apprise them of project status, as necessary through daily logs for all active projects.
- Be available during times of all on-going activities when problems or issues arise.
- Coordinate with facility staff; gather input from the facility manager.
- Conduct field surveys to investigate existing layouts and conditions and provide reports to COR or other appropriate Government officials.
- Ensures conformance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes, The Joint Commission (TJC) standards, safety standards, and other agency criteria.
- Coordinate with hospital infection control officer to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with the assigned hospital safety officer to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with facility management to implement effective safety policies.
- Report compliance issues to COR or other applicable Government official for action by the Government. Develops and monitors resolution of punch lists, schedules, and participates in punch list inspections.
- Provide timely coordination with hospital staff to ensure proper reviews and notification of projects and utility outages.
- Responsible for the oversight of construction, development, and interfacing into the schedules for the contractor’s work to generate worker efficiency through planning and coordinating supporting functions to execute the work scope.
- Assists with project and contract close-out to include: coordinates beneficial use and final inspections. Makes field surveys to investigate existing layouts and conditions, and reports to COR or other appropriate Government officials.
