POSITION SUMMARY
The employee is responsible to oversee the product quality and compliance of OEM products, return products and imported LKK products.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Oversee quality of OEM LKK products. Conduct on-site inspection, sampling evaluation for quality and safety performance. Work closely with OEM supplier & HQ OEM team for proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with related functions and evaluate return products quality and safety. Prepare inspection and analysis report and disposition suggestion for management approval.
- Perform inspection and evaluation of LKK imported products related non-conformance, verification studies and other special projects. Prepare all documentation and evaluation report to management related departments and project leads (including oversee LKK associates).
- Follow up with inspection projects until product disposition.
- Calibrate equipment and maintained all related records.
- Perform sample testing.
- Perform all other QA project assignments as requested.
- Assist direct supervisor as requested.

- EDUCATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in food science or related field; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working experience desired.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to read and comprehend equipment manuals and electrical diagrams for set-up control loops.
- Candidate must be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Candidate must be able to speak, write, read and understand English to perform daily functions.
- Candidate must be able to speak, write and read Chinese.
- MATHEMATICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
- Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ideal candidate must compute rates, ratios, and percentages and draw and interpret bar graphs.
