POSITION SUMMARY

The employee is responsible to oversee the product quality and compliance of OEM products, return products and imported LKK products.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Oversee quality of OEM LKK products. Conduct on-site inspection, sampling evaluation for quality and safety performance. Work closely with OEM supplier & HQ OEM team for proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with related functions and evaluate return products quality and safety. Prepare inspection and analysis report and disposition suggestion for management approval.
  • Perform inspection and evaluation of LKK imported products related non-conformance, verification studies and other special projects. Prepare all documentation and evaluation report to management related departments and project leads (including oversee LKK associates).
  • Follow up with inspection projects until product disposition.
  • Calibrate equipment and maintained all related records.
  • Perform sample testing.
  • Perform all other QA project assignments as requested.
  • Assist direct supervisor as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. EDUCATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCES
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in food science or related field; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working experience desired.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to read and comprehend equipment manuals and electrical diagrams for set-up control loops.
  • Candidate must be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


  1. LANGUAGE SKILLS
  • Candidate must be able to speak, write, read and understand English to perform daily functions.
  • Candidate must be able to speak, write and read Chinese.


  1. MATHEMATICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
  • Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ideal candidate must compute rates, ratios, and percentages and draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to key in data accurately and efficiently, ability to use computer to apply statistical data analysis.
