Job Summary
Reports to Premium Management Team for 310 Provisions at Intuit Dome. Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support for the Premium F&B operations, and assisting as needed to deliver an excellent guest experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer telephones and emails and direct inquiries in a professional and client-centric manner
Maintain confidential information and personnel files
Serve as a liaison between the Premium F&B team and all other departments, guests, clients and corporate office
Assist management staff in preparing confidential documents employment documents
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Assist with payroll management, leave applications, all data concerning Premium F&B department
Communicate daily activities, allocate time and coordinate workflow; identify any schedule conflicts and changes
Assist in coordinating the screening of all applicants for employment
Assist in preparation of end-of-month financial reports
Attend meetings as required
Maintain clean and safe work environment
