Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Buyer Administrator to join our team. The Buyer administrator will play a key role in supporting the procurement process by managing purchase orders, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for accuracy. This candidate must also be proficient in Excel. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for purchase order management; verify order details, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm order specifications, negotiate terms, and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor supplier performance, ensure timely deliveries and quality standards are met
- Collaborate, cultivate, and maintain positive relationships with suppliers; negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions
- Responsible for inventory control; track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels
- Collect and create data analysis and reporting to identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide insight and advice on purchasing processes improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with various departments, including finance, production, and fulfillment to coordinate procurement activities

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Requirements
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Preferred, Bachelor Degree in Analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in all Microsoft and Google Suites
- Strong analytical and negations skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must work well under pressure to meet deadlines
