Overview:
We are seeking a Logistics and Purchase Order Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this role, your attention to detail and proactive approach will be crucial. You will be instrumental in overseeing our supply chain operations, from purchase order management to the final delivery of goods, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a dynamic individual who possesses a solid understanding of both logistics and procurement processes, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase Order Management: Generate, monitor, and manage purchase orders while ensuring accuracy in terms and conditions.
- Supplier Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and handling communications for order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Inventory and Warehouse Coordination: Monitor stock levels to anticipate purchasing needs and collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure proper stock management and distribution.
- Logistics and Transportation Oversight: Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation and delivery schedules, to ensure timely delivery and compliance with all logistics standards.
- Documentation and Regulatory Compliance: Maintain comprehensive logistics and purchase order documentation, ensuring all operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Quality Control and Issue Resolution: Work closely with the Quality Control department to ensure that all products meet the required standards and address any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with different departments, including sales, finance, and supply chain, to ensure a cohesive approach to logistics and purchasing activities
About You:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, reflecting your dedication and expertise.
- Your background includes substantial experience in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain management, showcasing your ability to manage complex processes.
- You are a natural at negotiation, proficient in establishing and nurturing positive relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, coupled with exceptional analytical abilities to streamline and improve operations.
- You are well-versed in Microsoft Office and understand the principles of logistics and supply chain management.
- Your organizational skills are unparalleled, with an acute attention to detail that allows you to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Your communication prowess stands out, enabling you to convey information clearly and collaborate effectively with teams across the organization.

- You have certifications in procurement, supply chain management, or logistics.
- You bring experience from the logistics or transportation sector.
- You possess knowledge of import/export regulations, aiding in the management of international logistics challenges.
