An established manufacturer in Orange County seeks career-minded professionals to manage supplier relations and inventory controls and analysis. This is a temp-hire role offering excellent benefits and career advancement opportunities.
- Level I (non-exempt): $ 23.00 – 28.00 per hour

Requirements of the Supply Parts Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, supply chain management or related
- Working experience in supplier relations, data analysis, parts forecasting, inventory analysis and/or finished goods supply chain management
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and collaboration skills
- Analytical and organized
- Strong vendor relations and time management skills
- Experience with SAP or other large ERP system
- Automotive, commercial truck, or power equipment industry experience is desirable
Responsibilities of the Supply Parts Analyst:
- Review and manage assigned group of domestic or international suppliers
- Ensure supplier conformance to policy and procedures
- Negotiate with suppliers on a continuing basis
- Prioritize supply issues by engaging in root cause and countermeasure solutions analysis
- Analyze inventory levels to ensure demands are met utilizing various reporting functions i.e. open or delinquent POs, low stock, out of stock and backorders, customer demand, accelerated demand trends, seasonality, manual allocation/freeze code B/O
- Support various other inventory control activities including, but limited to, stock adjustments, scrap transactions, credit memos, vendor returns, and vendor chargebacks
- Other related duties as assigned
Employment Type: Temp-hire
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Hybrid work schedule: 3 days per week is in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
