Purchasing Agent

CornerStone Professional Placement is collaborating with a respected client in their quest for a skilled Purchasing Agent to join their team. We are seeking an exceptional candidate with a strong background in purchase orders, invoices, estimating, budgeting, and strong troubleshooting abilities. As the Purchasing Agent, you will work with other agents and includes using Hyphen programs BRIX and BuildPro. This is an exciting DIRECT-HIRE opportunity with a growing company that offers a true work life balance.

Requirements for the Purchasing Agent:

• Must have 2 years of purchasing experience in home-building
• BRIX experience preferred.
• Knowledge of purchase orders, creating, researching, and adjusting.
• Written and verbal communication skills needed for working diligently with other departments, such as vendors, sales, construction, and design.
• Highly proficient in Excel, and Word.

Compensation for the Purchasing Agent:

• Direct hire
• Location: 100% onsite in Southlake, TX
• Pay: $65-70k/year
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with matching PTO
