Our team of Vehicle Purchasing Agents are responsible for acquiring inventory from customers through our various domains, lead channels and partnerships. We look at real time auction data to assess, evaluate, and make offers to customers to purchase their inventory. We offer a simple, safe, and convenient solution to liquidation.

Compensation = ($65,000 - $85,000) | $37,500 annually + multiple performance commission opportunities monthly
Job Description:
- Vehicle Purchasing Agents will contact customers via phone or text with a guaranteed offer to purchase a customer's powersport unit directly from their residence.
- Vehicle Purchasing Agents are responsible for purchasing 25-35 powersport units per month with commission tiers based on performance.
- Vehicle Purchasing Agents are responsible for maintaining a positive profit margin with commission tiers based on performance.
Qualifications:
- Be passionate about Powersports.
- Dependable, honest, and thorough work ethic
- Basic understanding of Powersports brands, models, and wholesale pricing valuations
- Ability to communicate clearly with prospective customers via phone and text.
- Attention to detail and the capability to multi-task.
- Basic understanding of state titling requirements
- Goal Oriented: Targets and achieves results. A self-motivating team player who cares about the quality of the work they produce
- Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- High school or equivalent
- Computer skills (MS Office Suite; Outlook, Salesforce is a big PLUS)
- Sales Experience: Identifies and sells to customer's needs.
- Communication: Verbal and written
- Listening Skills: Listens attentively to others, asks clarifying questions and manages distractions and interruptions.
- Negotiation Skills: Conducts positive negotiations, handles conflict, seeks common ground.
