Job Description

As a Public Relations Assistant at Talk Chatty Vibe, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of Public Relations strategies. You will collaborate with the PR team to enhance the company's visibility, manage media relations, and contribute to the overall positive perception of Talk Chatty Vibe.

Responsibilities:

1. Media Outreach:

* Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with media contacts.* Contribute to the development and distribution of press releases and media materials.

2. Content Creation:

* Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative PR materials.* Assist in drafting speeches, articles, and other communication pieces.

3. Event Coordination:

* Support the planning and execution of PR events, conferences, and product launches.* Coordinate logistics and collaborate with internal teams for successful events.

4. Social Media Management:

* Assist in managing and curating content for social media platforms.* Monitor online conversations and engage with the audience.

5. Crisis Communication:

* Support the development of crisis communication plans.* Assist in responding to and managing PR crises when necessary.

6. Collaboration:

* Work closely with marketing and other teams to align PR efforts with overall business goals.* Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and influencers as needed.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in Public Relations or a similar role.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts.
5. Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
