The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is the visitor center at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. • Work closely with the manager to create computerized systems to keep track of tours, private tours, numbers in shows, training records, and validations. 
• Supervise the team members in their daily shows, tours, and cart presentations, and manage schedules and trainings. 
• Manage the research and development of science-based scripts for STEAM carts and live shows. 
• Aid in the rehearsal, training, and safety courses for the live shows that will include blocking, science experiments, and knowledge of safety standards.  
• Create charts and data collection on show success, guest comments, guest attendance, and validations on team members. 

• Bachelor’s degree in theater, communication, English, teaching, science, or a related field required; additional equivalent experience above the required minimum may substitute for education. 
• Prior curriculum or show development experience is necessary. 
• Past supervisor experience.
• Must have previous experience in a live theatre show.    
• Able to teach, inspire, and engage through the creation of new STEAM shows and experiments. 
• Ability to use many different computer-based programs and forms of systems to create charts, reports, schedules, and data-gathering information. 

• Able to work in all Florida outdoor year round weather conditions. 
• Able to stand and/or walk the entirety of an 8 hour shift.
• Able to crouch, crawl, jump, bend, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
