- Working with four faculty members, two from Public Health and two from Sustainable Food Systems on projects within both majors.
- Collaborating with faculty to plan and organize events & promotional materials.
- Creating and disseminating invitations/emails/fliers/reminders for events and upcoming major-specific deadlines/opportunities.
- Maintaining social media platforms for the majors, as needed.
- Contributing ideas for student engagement within the major(s) and across Guilford College.
- Maintaining the collaborative space(s) and ensuring that the experiential learning equipment is maintained and stored correctly.
- Scheduling the use of collaborative spaces and posting the schedules, as needed.
- Ability to work independently and follow up with supervising faculty when questions and concerns arise.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with the supervising faculty, as appropriate for the project.
- Preference will be given to Public Health and Sustainable Food Systems majors.
- Experience with Google Calendar and Google Docs.
