Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.
CalPERS seeks an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) within the Health Account Management Division (HAMD) to join the Health Benefits Public Agency Employer Billing team. The AGPA works as a Public Agency Billing Analyst and performs a variety of tasks including the more independent, responsible, and complex technical research and statistical work for our Health Benefits Public Agency Employer Billing Unit.
The Health Benefits Public Agency Employer Billing team performs health premium reconciliation activities for our Public Agency employers and oversees the execution of a monthly billing cycle transitioning of health premium payments to the carriers. The AGPA independently performs technical research and tasks to ensure compliance with federal and State laws, rules, and regulations; provides high level analytical and technical support for enhancing the operational efficiency of the Public Agency Health premium billing.

Statement of Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
