We have the opportunity to invite you to apply to join our Front Office team as a Patient Liaison in our Thousand Oaks office. You must be organized, professional, task oriented, outgoing and personable. In addition, you need to be able to work independently as well as a part of our team. Knowledge of EMR systems helpful but not required.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- greeting and interacting with patients
- answer phones, take messages
- collect payments
- utilize our EMR system to
- schedule appointments and maintain patient records
- general Front Office duties as required.
