Full Job Description
This is a small group practice looking to expand and hire a LMSW who is looking to accrue hours towards clinical licensure. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, passionate, and empathetic with an ability to maintain a minimum caseload of 12 clients. They should also be willing to participate in weekly supervision, and complete administrative tasks including scheduling, completing notes, and client communication. Our clients tend to be highly motivated professionals who are active participants in their own wellness.
Qualifications:
-Master’s Degree in Social Work; new graduates in need of clinical supervision hours for license strongly preferred
- Must hold New York State LMSW
- Ability to service and maintain a caseload of 12 clients per week, with room to grow
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with practice standards
- Participate in weekly supervision and continuing education as required by licensure
- Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.

-One year of relevant experience (internship experience counts!)

Salary: $35.00 per hour
