SalaryMosaic Residential is seeking to fill an Assistant Property Manager position for a 300+ unit community undergoing interior and exterior renovation improvements.
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations, and planning, measuring and achieving the goals set forth. Accept rents and deposits from residents and prospective residents. Update on a daily basis all rents, deposits, application and miscellaneous fees received from residents. Deposit all payments received prior to bank closing each day. Issue appropriate notices such as late payment, eviction notices, lockout and contractual lien notices, and returned check notices. Minimize delinquency through consistent follow-through on collection activities, including phone calls, notices, personal visits, execute lock out, contractual lien, and eviction filing and court appearances as required per Company policy and allowed by law.
