Property Manager Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Assistant to join our team. As a Property Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the property management team in various administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the leasing process, including conducting property tours and screening potential tenants.
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders, ensuring timely resolution
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and property standards
- Perform data entry tasks to update property management software (CMMS) and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in property management is a plus
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
