Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and support the leasing, maintenance and community assistant team.
- Guide and direct all aspects of leasing, marketing and maintenance procedures ensuring policy compliance regarding all operations.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with university contacts.
- Enforce safety policies, regulations and OSHA/Fair Housing.
- Ensure expense compliance with obtain proper approval through the use of the PO system and entering all invoices in a timely manner.
- Ensure required and requested reports are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards for resident.
- Ensure the community curb appeal is strong, clean and welcoming.
- Physically walk and inspect property on a regular basis, as well as verify condition of vacant units.
- Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times for yourself and on-site team members.
- Greet customers, conduct community tours and support leasing functions.
- At least three years’ experience in multifamily property management, with progressively increasing level of responsibility.
- Positive, team mentality with the full understanding of the hands-on role.
- Business mindset to help drive the community’s financial position.
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to work under limited supervision while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and production.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel software), as well as property management software preferably OneSite.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening, and maintain a record that satisfies these requirements.
