Local, family owned Property Management company seeks experienced, licensed Property Managers for Rock Hill and Clover locations.
Basic Responsibilities/Requirements:
Answer phone calls, send, and receive emails.
Collect rent, call files, and evictions.
Perform inspections and reports, schedule vendors, review estimates.
Communicate with owners, tenants and vendors.
Manage difficult or emotional customer situations; Respond promptly to customer needs; Respond to requests for service and assistance; Meet commitments.
Create and assigns work orders, and process invoices.
Establish rental rates, advises owners of return values for improvements or purchases.
Process applications, contracts with owners and tenants, security dispositions, enforce occupancy policies and procedures.
Seek additional educational opportunities, networks with realtors, as well as general public to try and achieve growth goals.
Conduct data entry, gathers W-9s & COI's from vendors and owners, carries on call phone and respond as needed.
Requires excellent problem solving skills.
Working knowledge of Internet Software; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint); and Publisher software. Education/Experience:
One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a Property Management License in SC
Previous experience in legal or real estate administrative roles preferred
Strong knowledge of property leasing procedures and regulations
Proficient in data entry and file management systems
Familiarity with property maintenance practices
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of
