Assistant Property Manager

Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting all operations of the apartment community, managing to company objectives and operating budget, with the primary objectives of increasing net operating income of the community, maintaining the physical asset, and providing a quality living environment for residents. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for processing rents, managing accounts receivable, resident relations and other related tasks.

The successful candidate should have at least 2 years experience as Assistant Manager at a community of 150+ units.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
