Part Time Property Manager

Job Overview:
Intermark Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the property, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property value.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations
- Advertise and market available properties to attract potential tenants
- Conduct property tours and screenings to assess tenant suitability
- Enforce lease terms
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Collect rent payments and manage financial records
- Maintain accurate property records, including leases, contracts, and tenant information
- Stay updated on local real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality services are delivered

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Rural Development Property Management is preferred
- Strong conflict management and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Onesite or similar property management software
- Familiarity with property leasing processes and procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle tenant inquiries effectively
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management
