Property Manager/Team Lead

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Management Team Leader to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and visually appealing. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces, assisting the manager on duty, and assisting customers who are camping and/or renting boats.

Duties:

- Lead and supervise a team of dockhands, and property workers

- Plan and prioritize daily tasks for the team, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

- Perform groundskeeping duties such as checking camp sites, docks, and dry storage areas

- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively

- Oversee the maintenance of outdoor amenities such as playgrounds, and picnic areas

- Coordinate with manager and maintenance about any issues with docks or issues that requires maintenance attention

- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or safety issues

- Respond promptly to tenant requests or complaints related to property maintenance

Requirements:

- Previous experience in property management/lead or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of boats and/or docks

- Proficiency in operating power tools and hand tools

- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

A can-do attitude will go along ways, and being a multitasker is super helpful. Any extra license or skills like electrical, welding, heavy equipment, operator, carpenter, common sense thinker is helpful also.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
