Property Manager

Responsibilities:
- Articulate well versed property Manager that can build quality relationships with tenants.
- Procure quotes for various projects and repairs as needed.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Oversee monthly vendor contracts ie landscaping snow etc..
- Run insurance and lender property inspections as needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in property management
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance and repairs
-Somewhat handy individual for minor repairs and maintenance.
- Prompt weekly attendance to property
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections.

-Must have experience in building Mechanicals
