Weisz Properties, LLC, a PG County-based Property Management company, is seeking a bi-lingual (Spanish) Resident Services Coordinator to manage leasing, resident relations, advertising, data input, and manage records for conventional rental properties in Maryland and DC. The successful candidate is looking for a position that offers a variety of responsibilities, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and organizational, time management and computer skills, meets deadlines, is motivated and a team player.
Job responsibilities include:
● Creates and monitors online advertising and responds to leads and rental inquiries
● Tours apartments with prospective tenants
● Processes applications
● Participates in tenant leasing process from start to move-in
● Responsible for resident relations and retention
● Scans rent checks and lease renewals to database and server
● Maintains monthly rent rolls
● Follows up on delinquencies and rent collections
● Performs regular audits of database for accuracy
● Schedules, notifies tenants and posts notices for all Resident Services
● Compiles and maintains detailed records of Resident Services
● Visits properties, conducts inspections, meets with tenants and contractors, as needed
● Proficient in Word, Excel and Property Management software
● Administrative tasks and special projects

Required Experience: Prefer 3 years experience in conventional housing.
High school or equivalent.
Bi-lingual (Spanish).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $57,500.00 per year
