This is a full time position in a well-established property management company. We are looking for a self-starter, detail oriented individual with excellent written and oral communication skills. Good problem solving and solid judgement are musts. The real estate industry is demanding and our strong service focus requires you to have excellent work ethic.

Position responsibilities include maintenance work order processing, effectively communicating with vendors and tenants, doing trouble-shooting, scheduling work, and ensuring satisfactory service completion. Work may also include updating files, document filing, answering office phones, and other administrative duties as assigned. Spanish not required but preferred.

Work is on site. We provide paid Federal Holidays, 3 weeks PTO, and 401(k) with matching contributions.

Duties:
- Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the property
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospective tenants and vendors
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner and assist with troubleshooting
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant interactions and answering office phones

Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or real estate administration preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in file organization, data entry, and record keeping
