Property Manager

Rapidly growing vacation rental company specializing in weekly (and 3+ day) rentals is in immediate need of a Property Manager for a full-time, year round position. You must meet ALL of the following criteria: 1. Be close to and able to work in Ocean City on weekends in season. 2. Be VERY computer savvy. 3. Be reliable and have reliable transportation 4. Be physically able to walk up 4 flights of stairs if necessary, 5. Have the ability to work fast paced in a fast paced environment. 6. Have propery grammar skills (your vs. you're, etc.) Those familiar with "Barefoot Technologies" vacation rental software receive extra consideration as this is a huge part of this job. What is the exact job description? The short answer is everything. It ranges from inputting new properties in our system and intergrating to third party sites such as Airbnb, etc., doing property inspections, helping process reservations, dealing with guest emergenies, etc. This job will be in the office but there will also be a lot of running around OC checking on properties in season so you won't be stuck in the office all day. This can be a very busy and faced paced job but it can also be very fun and rewarding. We really prefer someone with experience in this line of work but of course are willing to train the right person if you're a quick thinker and fast learner. Salary to commensurate with experience but part-time would start at a mininum of $22 per hours and could lead to $50k per year if converted to full-time. There will also be opportunities for bonues.
