Property Management Field Inspector

Job description

Looking for two inspectors for our growing and busy Property Management Company. This would include inspections of properties for move in, move out and mid-year inspections on properties.

This is a travel daily position.

Schedule A: Tuesday through Saturday

Schedule B: Sunday through Thursday

Requirements:
- Reliable transportation

- Valid Driver’s License and Insurance

- Ability to use computer software programs while on inspections

- Excellent attention to detail management principles is a plus

Salary: From $55,000.00 per year plus flat fuel reimbursement
