We're looking for an experienced Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Search for potential real estate investments in the Greater Phoenix area.
- Check out properties, crunch the numbers, and decide if they're worth investing in.
- Talk to property owners, brokers, and others to negotiate deals.
- Work with our legal and finance teams to make sure everything's above board.
- Present your findings and recommendations to the boss.
- Take charge of the whole acquisition process, from start to finish.
What You Need:
- Know-how: You've done this for at least 1 year and have a successful record.
- Local Smarts: You understand the Arizona market and what makes a good investment here.
- Deal Skills: You can talk the talk and make deals that work.
- Money Sense: You're good with numbers and can figure out if a deal adds up.
- People Skills: You're a great communicator and can work well in a team.
- Honesty: We value integrity and doing things the right way.
- Flexibility: You can work 40-50 hours a week, and you're open to some extra time if needed.
