Responsibilities:

• Give direction on Appealing Medical Claims EOR's
• Review correspondence pertaining to A/R.
• Able to work closely with others on a team.
• Analyze and interpret A/R
• Give Direction on Identifying and resolving billing errors.
• Give Direction on Correcting claims.
• Maintaining strictest confidentiality; adhering to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
• Customer invoicing.
• Client and insurance appeals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of full-time healthcare experience in A/R and Collections.
• 1-year Claims appeals experience
• Able to maintain A/R procedures for collections.
• Knowledge of appeals processes.
• Fast learner.
• Multi-tasking.
• Experience with California Work Comp Claims is an Extra PLUS!
